Victor Provides Excellent Care
Victor provided excellent service on my freezer that needed a new starter. He was very thorough with his work and provided very helpful advice. I bought an annual plan and he left my appliances in top notch working order - dishwasher, washer, and dryer by cleaning things out with grest care. I am grateful Victor was my technician.

Roger was great and took his time to make sure everything worked properly before leaving. He went out of his way to make sure I received the promotional price on the dryer maintenance and with poor reception even. Come on Sears get your people better phones and cellular coverage!
