He was knowledgeable and quick to make the repair. Very Nice The problem is not with him. We were given a time frame of 10-2pm. He was late and never called. I called Sears to see if he was coming and was told he would be there at 3:47. Thank god I didn't leave the house to do my errands. He came at 3. Wasted a whole day waiting. Couldn't work. Sears needs to get it together. Maybe part of the reason there are no Sears stores left.
