VERY good service
Robert provided excellent service and was able to figure out what had caused my dryer to have a burning smell. He was able to clean out my dryer and performed his work in a timely manner. He was also very kind and informative.

I had a chance to work with Mick second time since I started to work with Sears. He diagnoses the problem at once and solves it on the spot. He is kind, competent, and experienced. Sears should ask him to give training to other technicians and promote him as the best technician ever.
