Repair Ice Maker
David is professional and is experienced. He ordered a new ice maker for my refrigerator. The new ice-maker came but was not installed by David, but a technician from New Generation. The icemaker DID NOT make ice after a week. David returned and he was able to troubleshoot and adjust the ice-maker to both take in water, make ice, and rotate the made ice into the tray. While this repair was protracted, thank you David for completing the repair.

David was great. He showed up right on time. He did a nice job he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to anybody. The only thing I would not recommend Sears for is because there's no direct number for customer service. Everything is automatic and it took me two hours to get a human voice ridiculous Would never use them again for that reason
