Repair washing machine
Our technician, Kenny Rogers, diagnosed the problem and proceeded to instruct me as to how to avoid the situation in the future. He also gave the washing machine an inspection and informed us as to how to affectively maintain and clean the inside of the machine. He took the time to explain other features of the machine that we were unaware of. His time and patience were very appreciated.

Poor communication
I do not have a smart phone! I am not happy that I could not communicate with the company. First I got an excessive number of reminder e but was not able to respond. The repair men were fine.

Kenneth was experienced, informative, and efficient. He quickly and accurate diagnosed the problem with both the washer and dryer. The parts came in quickly and he was quick to get back and complete the repair. I will be requesting Kenneth if we need another repair!
