Excellent Job
Last time Edward came to the house he took the time to take apart the oven. He checked every part of the oven, the mother board, the fan assembly, the electrical wires, the heating elements, burners. He found that the temperature thermostat was not working correctly. The part was orders and delivered to my house. Today's visit he put in the new temperature thermostat. He is very knowledgeable takes the time to explain they what he was doing during both visits. Very Satisfied.

WONDERFUL TECHNICIAN
Donald was the technician who came to look at my washer. He was quite a professional and very personable. Donald was knowledgeable and informative as he proceeded to do his job. When he completed checking the washer he explained to us our options and offers through Sears. I will continue to count on Sears because of fine representatives such as Donald.
