Sears Kenmore Washing Machine Diagnosis
Henry was on time and very professional. He diagnosed my 1999 Vintage Sears Kenmore Washing Machine as having a bad transmission which also caused a coupler failure. The washing machine worked perfectly for 25 years. First problem since it was purchased. I am opting for a new machine versus a repair since fixing the washer would be cost prohibitive against buying new. I will be looking at the Kenmore top loading models to replace this in kind as it was extremely reliable for 25 years. (Failed in 2024). Henry got to the bottom of this problem very quickly and to my satisfaction even as he was receiving calls to hurry up to his next appointment. Sears management please do not put time limit on you diagnostic technicians. This was was a compound problem with 2 failures. One was the transmission that caused the washer speeds to be too slow and the coupler causing it not to spin. Henry can work on my Kenmore Appliances anytime.
