Patrick was very communicative, at the beginning of the day, before arriving, and while he was here. Communication is key to any customer facing position. While he was not able to diagnose the exact cause of the issue, we believe that the advice that he gave to us is sound.

Technician great, lousy company
Seven months to try to repair refrigerator. Job not completed. Constant wrong parts sent. Can not get through to a person. Will not use this company again.

Great job
The fridge is a new piece of crap. Came out of the box not working. Countless issues. Patrick came a dozen times in a year and always called me in the morning to give me an ETA and a call when he was on the way. This helps with the waiting of 8-5. Kenmore can suck it. Sears can suck it. But my man Patrick was the only positive during this whole process.
