Excellent service
He only came to do the work that two previous technicians diagnosed as the problem. Only the last time he diagnosed why the refrigerator still wasn't working and ordered the part and made an appointment with us to install the part when it came. He did just that and our refrigerator has been cold since he came on 7/26/23.

Our technician (Alvin) was amazing. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was once we explained what occurred. He explained why the problem hapoened and showed us the issue once he removed a part. He was very professional, personable and patient. He worked quickly and provided us with tips to keep our appliances working.
