Paul was exceptional. He was very personable and easy to speak with. He is calm, and very methodical figuring how to put the bottom panel back on the washer from a task undone from a previous repair. Previous repair man didn't have the correct screws. The area where they fit was so hard to reach. All is well now with the washer and dryer. Thank you for hiring and sending such a competent technician.

First technician, on time, couldnt fix my fridge with parts sent by service department. Then ordered new parts, I wS stood up for appointment he scheduled with no notification. My whole day was lost waiting I wss then rescheduled again Last technician ordered the wrong part for fridge. Todays technician was unable to repair it. He handled the dishwasher also and fixed it with no parts needed. However, now I'm being rescheduled again for parts for fridge.

Hi Sears Home Service folks. Allen did a great job in attempting to service our washing machine on Fri 08-04-23. I was told by Allen - our on-site service technician on Fri 08-04-23. - that our washing machine is irreparable, and therefore it will be replaced. Allen told me the replacement team from Sears would be contacting me in 3 to 5 business days. Well here we are on Sun 08-13-23, and no one has contacted me yet. Would you please have someone get in touch with me ASAP as our washing machine is not working properly and we have a large family with lots of laundry to do? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Thomas M was friendly and efficient, quickly replacing the defective ice maker. Sadly the replacement ice maker has only turned over once in the last 48 hours. The ice maker fail code E0 is gone, but still practically no ice. Prior to failure the original unit had made ice well. I will resume the warranty complaint.

First visit Thomas installed a new evaporator ....( refrigerator not cooling properly). First visit by another technician (?) stated that ref not cooling properly so he ordered another evaporator and a filter dryer. because he said there is a small freon leak) Second visit by Thomas installed new evaporator and filter dryer ( Aug 11 stated that it takes 24 hours for ref to cool properly. Aug 13 by 10 am finding out ref completely shut down and all food inside damages , milk, creamer, bacon, lots of cheese, too many other stuff ( took pictures ). Called Sears to voice complaint so they set another appointment Aug 16th and requested to send a different technician and not Thomas but they said it has to be Thomas because he started the job! So our ref problem not cooling properly but working and after almost Sears spending almost $1,000 for parts & labor now our ref completely not working !!!!! Now I have to buy ice and a cooler to place other stuff we have to eat !!!
