Charles is a senior technician and was training a person today. While the trainee did the work, Charles supervised and answered training calls from other technicians. Repair seems to be working fine. Good job!

Your technician was very courteous. He even offered to cover his street shoes if necessary. He completed the service call in less than 20 mins. The one complaint I have is that you have my husband's name on this account and my husband passed away over one year ago. When I bought this appliance, it was under my name and not my husband's.
