I appreciated that Sloan was able to arrive early in the window of time provided for service. I received notification when he was on his way and he arrived promptly after. He was courteous and professional and explained what needed to be done and what he had done afterwards. He is an asset to the Sears repair team!

Kenmore Elite refrigerator repair.
FINALLY, after 6 weeks, 4 separate visits from Sears repair techs and 4 new parts, our refrigerator works. I'm holding my breath as to when the new compressor will fail. This is our 2nd compressor in 14 months. Our refrigerator is 4 years old. Apparently something was not soldered correctly when the last 2 parts were installed. How about training your techs a little better or send senior techs if something is not fixed on the first go round. It took a senior tech to get this right. Last Kenmore product I will ever buy.
