Review on Sears "service"
Stanislav was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Sears on the other hand doesn't offer any service. It is a horrible experience to call and try to talk to a human. As it is outsourced the level of comprehension is very low. You have to repeat numerous times what it is about and they have a very VERY strong accent. It was impossible to talk to someone here in America! I have had a problem with my vacuum at the previous service of the same appliance 2 months ago and Sears refuse to take responsibility. At this point, I am going to inquest and try to find a real appliances service company. I know that Sears went bankrupt so there isn't much to loose!
