I appreciate a professional and fast service I received from the technician, Christopher. He conducted himself with courtesy and professionalism. My only complaint is not being able to communicate with a live person. The phone number and Kendall bot are useless. Its really frustrating not being able to know what going on when you have a question

Dryer repair
Gilbert called prior to arrival. Although we could not replicate the heating issue, he did replace the belt which was showing wear and cleaned the inside of the dryer before reassembling.
