Arturo A. Service repair Technician who came out to our home to check our furnace that has not been working properly. Arturo diagnosed the issue got our parts from the ware house & came back right away to fix our furnace & is working great now. Arturo A. Good Service Considering Age Of Dishwasher
This repairman worked on getting the water out of the floor of our dishwasher, said it seems alright, but due to the age of the dishwasher, it looks like its days are near an end. It is 16 years old! His service was alright anyway because he tried to repair it.

Oscar was great. Determined that our washing machine could not be fixed. Samsung does not make the part any more. Then he helped identify the number of the part that needs to be replaced on our dishwasher, which we hope is being serviced tomorrow by Sears' Bosch experts.

Jim did a good job
My replacement part is no longer available. Jim informed me of options, such as a new range. The first visit, Jim could not find a place to park, so had to say I wasn't home. There should be more choices, or a choice to write the actual situation. Tech and communications should work on this.
