Snowblower Service
Stephen was punctual and knowledgable about his work. He was willing to answer my questions and made recommendations on how to maintain the snowblowers after the winter use. The convenience of having the snowblowers serviced at home was helpful to me.

Professional yet expensive
Our technician was very nice and professional. However the price for what was done was off the charts expensive! He came and tightened up/secured a light fixture in the stove hood. Was charged almost $300.00!

Although your customer service is horrendous with not being able to speak with a human being and many mixups since my technicians initial diagnosis on October 11, he was awesome today. Although I had to assist him, he was nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and polite.

Disappointed in the wait for service !
The service tech called me today to say that he was coming in. I had not scheduled this date and it was fortunate that I just happen to be home though about to leave the house. He came in and did his job. Let's hope that the repair and cleaning of the filter worked. My gripe is not with your technician. It is with the fact that I had an emergency situation six weeks ago and I had to wait for service even though I purchased an emergency maintenance agreement. it is impossible to reach a human when calling your multiple numbers that all get routed to either the Philippines or India. This is extremely frustrating when we are in mainland USA. I would not recommend your service or that anyone purchase an agreement that you solicit to customers of the former Sears and Roebuck. I have submitted a complaint to the Massachusetts Attorney General's office in hopes that there will be a class action suit against this company that only has a PO Box in Florida, and no true US contact number. I am very disappointed in your service company.
