Tom was very clear and quick to diagnose the issue, tell us our options, andschedule the repair. Once here for the repair, he was quick and done in about an hour (even tho delayed be earlier stops until 7:00 PM. I'd rate him very highly ! One other note, the original repair date was cancelled and moved out a week at 9:30 on that date. It seems it should have been handled better.
