Making the appointments for servicing my washer and dryer was A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! Your robot is inefficient and limited so that important data cannot be provided. It took a zillion attempts at phoning to even schedule the maintenance for one of my appliances, and then to indicate that I did not have to pay for this visit; it was only when a serviceman phoned to say that he was on his way for that appointment that I could get him to ask to his supervisor and convey the correct information, and then get another service date for the two appliances, without him being able to forward me to speak to the supervisor. YOU NEED TO DO MUCH BETTER!!!!!

Raymond was on time, friendly, and helpful. Needed extra parts for the repair so he ordered them right there. When he found the parts weren't available he called to find out more, all the while updating me on the situation.

Washer Spin Cycle Check
Wintley arrived in the afternoon before 2:00. I explained the problem to him while he listened carefully. We both agreed that the washer's difficulty spinning at the time that the incident was reported was probably due to a heavy load. On that day a wash consisting of bathrooms was done. The washer appeared to be struggling to finish its spin cycle probably due to the excess weight caused by the rugs and the water that they had absorbed. Because of the age of the machine and the weight of the rugs, Wintley recommended that similarly large loads be done at the laundromat with a heavy-duty washer. Otherwise, he seemed satisfied that the washer was working properly.
