Best tech ever
Alex arrived promptly, and on time he had identified the parts that were needed disassembled reassembled the machine in a timely manner Alex took the time to explain what he was doing and what the issue was with the machine he then checked to make sure the machine was fully operational Alex was very professional, very knowledgeable, and I greatly appreciate not only his skills as a technician, but his overall demeanor Kudos to Alex for job well done
