Cesar is great.!
Cesar came out last week, diagnosed my problem and ordered my part. I made the following appointment for Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss work. The technician did not show on Saturday and canceled late into the afternoon. When the appointment was rescheduled again I was glad to see it was Cesar this time. He communicated before the appointment, gave me notice he was on the way so I was able to go to work and leave when needed, he arrived, got straight to work and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He was communicative, punctual and effective. While I did not enjoy my experience with Sears Home Services and the lack of ability to speak to a live person anywhere in the process and when my technician did not show on the weekend, Cesar was the one redeeming quality. If I could work directly with him I would.

Personable & professional
Both of the SEARS technicians on this visit were personable & professional. I had problems with the repairs being rescheduled several times, sometimes an hour before technicians were supposed to arrive, but that's a corporate problem. The service people are doing their best to help the customer.

Remarkable service!
I am very late submitting this feedback due to the recent holidays. However, I would be remiss if I did not recognize the amazing service I received from your rep. Daniel in November. While he was not the initial contact, as soon as he took over the matter, he was very responsive, communicative, pleasant, and professional. He was an absolute delight who came to our rescue to fix our microwave right before the holidays. Thank you Daniel and thank you Sears Home Services.
