Heater maintenance
The tech was great, professional and very nice. However, my 1st appointment was canceled last week after I sat around from 8am-1pm then they called to cancel. Rescheduled and asked a tech btw 8-12. Person on the phone said that would work. Today, I called and found out it was moved btw 1:30-3:30. It would be nice if I received a call of the time change as I again sat here waiting. Can't seem to speak to an actual person. Very annoying

Glenn was very professional and knowledgeable, he even knew everything about the warranty that I had purchased which I wasn't told when I set up the warranty on the phone. He was also very helpful and pleasant. Please send him back to do the repair.

Grace was a professional and knowledgeable technician. She explained the problem with our dishwasher although our insurance company declined coverage, which is not her fault she was there to help and answer our questions.
