While the person actually doing the job were very professional and knowledgeable, dealing with Sears was painful. No way to talk to a human, and when you finally got someone he or she could do nothing.... not his/her department. On addition for a LG authorized repair dealer, you were unable to work with LG to resolve the compressor warranty issue, putting me in the middle between Sears and LG... sad situation... And on top.... your constantly trying to sale you something.. for that yes, you can talk to a human

Friendly & Efficient Service
Johnny came out and diagnosed my washer's problem and ordered the parts. He came back and repaired it once the parts came. He is a very friendly guy and it didn't take him very long to diagnose the problem or fix it. He repaired another appliance in my home previously and the service was the same. Highly recommend him!

The service was excellent and done quickly. I was notified in the morning the approximate time the service repairman would come, and then notified again when he was on his way to my home. He repaired my washer in about 10 minutes.
