Robert came here Monday to diagnose the issue with our washer. He quickly found the problem and gave us the option to repair or replace the unit. We needed to think about it and ultimately decided to repair the washer. Due to a scheduling error Robert's second trip showed as a recall but should have been a continuation of the initial call. He returned on Wednesday and quickly fixed the problem and helped us get everything put back together. I would 100% recommend Robert.

Robert got it done and went the extra mile...
Problem all along was the way the dishwasher was set up (not level) so the door disengaged in-cycle. Robert detected this immediately, established that it had to do with orientation, fixed it, then locked it in...this will not happen again, problem solved. Great tech. Thanks!
