Sam was very prompt and courteous. He advised me of the costs for the repair and his honest evaluation of the situation. Turns out that the unit was not cost-effective to repair so I really appreciated his honesty and advice. I would definitely recommend him as an honest and professional technician. I give him an A+!

Outstanding work
The service work on our dryer performed by Tony P. was outstanding. Tony was able to easily diagnose the affected area and solve then problem. Tony also took the time to help us better understand in layman's terms what had happened and how he corrected the issue so that we could be back up and running successfully again. Tony did a great job. He is very humble but brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to help solve your problems.
