Fast response to service request
Scheduled appointment yesterday afternoon for washer repair & dryer maintenance and service call was available this morning. As promised William the technician texted 20 minutes before his arrival. He quickly identified problems with washer, provided an estimate. Decided it would be cheaper to replace vs. repair washer. He then did a thorough maintenance check on dryer. William was professional, personable and communicated clearly.

Couldn't fix my washer but….
He was quick to show me what was wrong and that they don't make that hose anymore. He suggested flex tape until I can get a new machine. Never would have thought of that. Nice customer service.

Refrigerator and Freezer Repairman
Jordan the Repairman was Great told me what he was going to do and what needed to be done . He made that other Repairman look like he was a rookie who had no clue . I am exhausted with 210 because I am out of patience and money for ALL THE FOOD I had to throw away and had to spend on ice and food . I have been quite furious but hopefully Jordan will have made my anger go away for his kindness and hopefully his repairman-ship and my refrigerator nightmares will be over . He was very kind .

Scheduling needs Improvement
The scheduling for my refrigerator to be fixed was ridiculous we had three different dates scheduled for it to be fixed I was not informed that the parts would be delivered to the house which is no big deal I was not informed that the tech was on his way on my phone. Thank God my grandson was here to oversee the refrigerator being repaired.
