Excellent experience. Technician was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, informative, and concerned re my repair. He worked quickly and efficiently and kept me informed all along the way, including letting me know when he was approximately 30-40 minutes away. I would recommend Gary / Sears service to anyone I know. I have had service experiences that have been nightmares from other companies. The quality of service you provided was refreshingly and thankfully top-notch and hassle-free.
