Service repair rep (Jason) was excellent. Communications with the office was awful. To get to speak with a person rather than a machine was almost impossible.

I was upset the appointment was date was changed by scheduling after I selected the date. The date was moved and my wife had to stay home to be available. I tried to change and call, but the line was constantly busy and I could change online. Very, very frustrating!!!!
