Nathan good. Sears bad!
Customer service is abysmal. I will not buy from Sears again. When I called customer support about a broken dish washer, they sent me a box of parts with no instructions for me to diy my own repair. A second call brought Nathan out. He was kind and did a good job. Customer service is non-existent. I told the original person I needed a tech, but was told "no, it's very easy. It all just snaps in." That is NOT customer service. That's sloppy and unprofessional. No more Sears!

Don was great handling my issue. I give him high marks. But your appointment system is a bit to be desired. You cannot talk to a human being. I needed to contact A&E to let you know I was not available after 2:00 in the afternoon any day of the week. I work and pick up kids from school. Could not reach anyone. Keeping people hostage all day is not a good practice. After this warranty runs out I will never purchase another that sends A&E. No personal service you won't receive my business nor will I recommend any extended warranty that deals with A&E. I worked for an appliance repair service before. This is ridiculous.

Clayton was prompt and very knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and could answer all questions and very conscientious regarding his work; he is a 10 out of 10 in my book and one you should be proud of to do warranty work!

I was so very grateful to have Don helping with my dryer. He was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to me, fixed the dryer and was so courteous. I wish the prior technician has been as kind, but again, am so grateful for my experience with Don.
