Great Service
Clayton was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He responded to multiple requests for information from me once it was our turn in queue for the day and helped me make an informed decision on needed repairs. It is wonderful to have found this option for home appliance repair in rural southeast Iowa.

Nate came to our house and got the dishwasher fixed. At least we hope it is fixed. The part that Sears sent us was broken the first time so he ordered another part. He installed it. It is running quietly so far.

Refrigerator repair
Called to let us know when he would arrive! Had parts in the truck that hadn't arrived yet! Was very good at explaining what to do as far as checking temperature and replacing food! Cleaned up after himself! Very nice!

Shared lots of opinions
He arrived at our home, and checked to make sure he was at the right place. I took him to the microwave, and he collected the info on the tag. Everything I would expect. Then I told him the turntable was making noise when used. He put a cup of water in and listened to it. He then said there was nothing wrong, just the wheels hitting a couple of small bits of debris on the bottom. Maybe he's right about that, I don't know but time should tell. He then proceeded to tell me that he hates GE, that all their products are cheaply made in China and are junk. He also told me that the microwave was improperly installed, despite the fact that my trusted installer has over 20 years of experience, and has serviced my appliances for most of that time. He also spoke unfavorably about the retailer where we purchased the microwave. All in all, if I were GE, I wouldn't want him doing my warranty service, and if I were a retailer selling GE, I wouldn't be very happy about him either.

RIDICULOUS
Actually 0 he didn't even show up... I been dealing with this for 8 months totally ridiculous Then he cancels on me... SO now I can wait another week!!!

John was horrible
This was the second attempt and this time he didn't even show up and he forged our signature like he was there. This guy is a joke

John was extremely rude and didn't do anything
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. John came into the house and immediately said that it was the hose and there was nothing he could do. At that point my wife asked if he could at least pull out the refrigerator. He did and pointed out 2 kinks in the hose and said that was the issue. HE DIDNT EVEN TURN THE WATER ON TO SEE WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM. I will be demanding a refund from this "repair"
