I was hoping to get a better understanding of the appliances the technician was working on, and my hopes were realized. Roger was clear, patient, helpful and informative, as well as very efficient at solving the problems we had. It's definitely a relief to have our appliances working properly and to have a better understanding of what steps to take the next time one of them isn't working.

Washing machine
He knew what he was doing. He went directly, was going on after turning on the washing machine, and he found the problem right away picking up the washing machine looking underneath and he found the problem.
